Normal working volume. Controlled effort.Know how ready you are. Know what to do next. Individualized training for the time you have—and the job ahead.
Explore the live individual demo. No account needed.
The job doesn’t follow a training plan.
A long call. An SCBA drill. A shoulder that needs consideration. Twenty minutes before life moves again. A fixed workout can’t always account for the person showing up today.
FIREGROUND starts with that person—and builds the next decision around them.
A practical daily loop. At home, at the gym, at the hall, or out in the open.
Tell FIREGROUND how you’re doing.
Sleep. Energy. Workload. Symptoms.Make the time you have count.

Warm up. Train. Cool down. Reflect.Four windows.
One purposeful training intent.
Recovery is not failure.
Training harder is not always training better.
Ready for purposeful work.
Normal working volume. Controlled effort.Keep the intent. Adjust the dose.
Reduced volume or intensity to match today.A little work. A lower cost.
15–30 minutes of resilience or easy engine.Protect tomorrow’s capacity.
Recovery is today’s prescription.Clear rules, grounded in your inputs. Safety flags take priority. Training guidance is not medical clearance.
For the recruit building a foundation. For the firefighter maintaining a standard. For a career that asks more of your body.
Useful force. Strength-to-weight. Grip and carries.
Aerobic capacity. More work with more in reserve.
Stairs. Carries. Drags. Repeatable loaded effort.
Shoulder control. Trunk endurance. Durability.
Low-cost aerobic time. Capacity left for tomorrow.
The actual product. Designed for the moments between everything else.
Your readiness, your available time, your equipment. One place to decide what today should look like.

People sharing the same job do not necessarily need the same training prescription.
Room for a fuller session, with purposeful strength and capacity work when readiness and equipment allow.
A shorter, adjusted session—or recovery—based on the complete check-in and available movements.
Illustrative profiles, not prescriptions. Age alone does not determine the current app’s recommendations. Readiness, symptoms, time and equipment shape the decision.
An individual foundation.
A shared standard.
A department-wide possibility.
We’re shaping a platform where fitness leads can support a crew while each firefighter trains for their own readiness, equipment and capacity.
Department tools are in development as a platform concept. The current product supports individual accounts; organizational licensing and administration are not yet available.

MANY INDIVIDUAL PATHS.
Potential future configuration and capabilities. No department features, benchmarks or analytics are live today.
A future workspace for fitness leads and training officers. Build a session, make space for it, and invite your crew to take part.
Conceptual workflow. Scheduling, invitations, shared sessions and live participation are not available yet.
One invitation. Individual participation.
Illustrative session only. Future participation must respect each member’s readiness and limitations.
Supporting a department should never mean putting everyone’s private health information on a shared dashboard.
Sleep, HRV, bodyweight, injuries, pain, recovery metrics and other private health information should remain separate from department participation reporting.
No department analytics are live. Future reporting needs explicit sharing rules, privacy controls and safeguards for small groups before launch.
Today: individual app records are scoped to the account owner. Department access does not exist. HRV and bodyweight integrations shown in this vision are not currently collected by the product.
Your devices collect signals.
The vision: FIREGROUND turns them into decisions.
TODAY’S TRAINING DECISION
Integration vision only. No wearable connections or partnerships are currently offered. Names identify potential data sources; availability will depend on access, feasibility and permissions.

A companion that could keep the session moving, with the essentials on your wrist and your attention on the work.
Future concept. No Watch app, live heart-rate data or wearable session controls exist today. Displayed values are illustrative, not real activity.
Reward consistency. Participation. Improvement. Capability. Keep readiness ahead of competition.
Build the habit. Step by step.
A shared distance. Individual contributions.
Purposeful work, appropriate loads.
Bank consistent aerobic time.
Participation over maximum effort.
Progress relative to your own starting point.
Challenge concepts, not active events. Any future format should accommodate modified sessions and prescribed recovery.
A workout library knows the exercises. A performance system should understand the day.
WHAT SHOULD I DO TODAY?

Tell us what matters. We’re gathering department needs to shape future pilots, not enrolling departments in a live administration product.
An evolving performance platform built for the fire service. Today, it helps you check readiness, choose an appropriate firefighter-specific session and record the work, with time, equipment and shoulder/back symptoms in view.
Individual firefighters and recruits today, with a broader platform direction for fitness leads, training officers, crews and departments. The live experience is an individual account.
The individual product is live and you can explore a working demo without an account. Access is currently limited as onboarding expands. Register interest here; submitting a request does not create an account or guarantee access.
No full gym is required. Sessions use the equipment listed for your selected location, with bodyweight options where suitable. If there is no suitable option, FIREGROUND explains the limitation.
Yes. Hall is a supported training location. Your session uses the equipment you have listed there; it does not assume equipment from home or the gym is available.
Yes. Choose 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes. Sessions keep the highest-value work within that window. Readiness may reduce the ceiling or prescribe recovery instead.
No. It provides structure for daily training decisions and logging. Coaches and qualified professionals bring judgment, technique guidance and context that remain valuable. FIREGROUND does not diagnose injuries or provide medical clearance.
Department licensing, shared configuration and fitness lead tools are in development as a platform concept; they are not available in the current app. Request a department pilot to share your needs and express interest in future access.
There is no department leadership access feature today. Current app records are scoped to the individual account. Our intended department model separates personal health information from aggregate participation reporting; licensing alone should not grant access. Future sharing controls and policies will be defined before those tools launch.
No. Scheduling a crew session, inviting members and joining a shared workout are roadmap concepts. The current product builds and logs individual sessions.
Not yet. Wearable and activity integrations are a platform vision, with no promised integrations or launch dates. Current readiness inputs are entered manually.
FIREGROUND is a mobile-first web app with home-screen install metadata. It is not currently a native iOS or Android app. Saved account data and workout logging require connectivity; offline synchronization and the Watch companion are not available.
